It provides a breathable 3-layer construction, irritation-reducing taped wrists and neck, and a waterBlock hem that extends protection against rooster tails of road spray and ensures the fit stays on-point. The breathable, 3L Schloss Tex ensures a dry ride and peerless packability, and its 2-way stretch enables reaching and stretching in the saddle. Finished with a DWR treatment as additional proof against light precipitation and road spray. Slimmer than regularFit but less aggressive than aeroFit, our raceFit is inspired by the start line but equal to daily use. Taped seams throughout prevent any lapse in waterproofing where the panels join.

The ALLEYCAT TARGA is engineered for variable light conditions, fast descents, and drastic shifts in temperature. Now updated based on WorldTour input with a more elastic second-skin fit to improve aerodynamics. Building upon the original WorldTour-proven Alleycat, the updated Targa version has a more second-skin upper panel, which improves aerodynamics while providing the same level of reflectivity and breathable weather protection. We updated the fit of our racing vest to more closely resemble that of the EQUIPE RS Jersey across the back, increasing click-fit comfort while maintaining a compressive, aerodynamic racing fit and shedding weight-down to 188g from 205g. BEHIND THE PRODUCT Extreme conditions call for radical departures from tradition, so we tore up the rules for rain jackets and reassembled the parts in a hybrid design that addresses the needs of specific body locations in the mercurial weather of spring racing, fall maintenance, and winter training. The reflective, breathable upper panel repels water and wind and flashes reflectivity to keep you seen on overcast days. The lighter lower panels promote breathability to regulate temperatures when you’re in Zone 3 and up, and the sleeves, collar, and side panels boost stretch to preserve the signature ASSOS fit.
